We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Lead to oversee people operations and drive key HR initiatives. This role will partner closely with leadership to shape organizational culture, support growth, and enhance employee experience. The role will lead all aspects of HR, including talent management, employee relations, performance development, and compliance.

This People Leader will play a critical role in building and leading our Labor and Employee Relations function at Zūm. This role will work with our field locations across 15 states and counting. You will have deep knowledge of how to handle delicate and sensitive employee matters paired with a unique ability to navigate the complexities of Zūm’s business.
